Carrier Sales Rep – Finished Vehicles | REMOTE
For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.
Have you moved finished vehicles for General Motors, CarMax, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Element Fleet, or Knapheide?
We want to talk to you.
100% Remote Opportunity
A growing transportation and freight brokerage company is looking for an experienced Carrier Sales Rep who understands the complexities of moving finished-vehicle freight and knows how to build strong carrier relationships, secure capacity and keep demanding customer freight moving — all while working remotely.
This is not a traditional carrier sales role.
We're looking for someone with hands-on freight brokerage carrier sales experience who has personally handled finished-vehicle freight for General Motors, CarMax, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Element Fleet, Knapheide, OR similar finished-vehicle customers.
You do NOT need experience with all five companies. Experience with any one or more of these customers is valuable.
We're especially interested in someone who understands the carrier side of finished-vehicle transportation and has the relationships, urgency and problem-solving skills to consistently secure capacity.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
This is an opportunity to bring your existing freight brokerage and carrier sales experience into a role where your knowledge of finished-vehicle transportation can make an immediate impact — from wherever you work best.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Work remotely
Manage carrier capacity for major finished-vehicle customers
Build and maintain strong carrier relationships
Source and secure capacity for high-volume freight
Negotiate rates while protecting profitability
Develop a strong carrier network
Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial transportation environment
Take ownership of service, capacity and financial results
Pursue future career growth and leadership opportunities

What We're Looking For
The most important qualifications:
Hands-on freight brokerage carrier sales experience
Experience moving finished-vehicle freight
Experience supporting accounts involving General Motors, CarMax, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Element Fleet, Knapheide, OR similar finished-vehicle/automotive customers

Strong understanding of freight pricing, capacity and transportation operations
Experience negotiating rates with carriers
Experience working with TMS and/or CRM platforms
Ability to identify capacity and solve transportation problems quickly
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and reporting is a plus
