Part-Time Cart AttendantBrookside at The Rose Bowl, located in Pasadena, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Cart Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay Rate: $18.57 hourly Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:Must have strong customer/guest orientationMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be dependableMust have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the publicWorking knowledge of the rules of golf is preferredAbility to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulationsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsAbility to use equipment and tools properly and safelyAbility to work nights and weekends is mandatoryGolf experience preferredPosition Responsibilities:Maintains professional appearanceBrings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the dayCleans, waters, and checks carts after each use and restocks as required.Cleans and maintains the cart barnEnsures the carts are available for player use at all timesReceives and communicates complaints to the Golf Shop.Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournamentsImplements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager from time to timeBenefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageRetirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
