Firm Information
Downtown Indy law firm specializing in Social Security/Long Term Disability, Personal Injury and Workers Compensation cases.Consisting of seven attorneys and up to 16 legal support staff including: paralegals, legal assistants and case administrators etc.The firm has been in business for over 20 years and 75 years of combined experience representing Indiana citizens.
Case Administrator - The Case Administrator greet clients, give them paperwork, notify attorney when they are ready to be seen, answer phones and responsible for giving updates to a segment of firm current clients.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and answer questions regarding client case.
Draft correspondence to clients, Social Security Administration, etc.
Schedule appointment for clients, vendors and assist in maintaining attorney calendars.
Process exhibit secured medical records and prepare files for hearing.
Prioritize caseload based on disability guidelines and hearing deadlines.
Contact clients to obtain medical information while complying with HIPPA guidelines.
Process questionnaires for upcoming hearing.
Must be okay with working in a fast paced, busy environment requiring common sense, courtesy, ability to work with others.Need to be able to go down a flight of stairs to the basement when needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Office is prepared to train the right person
Starting salary $30,000 plus (based on experience)
