Job description

Required Skills & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Human Services, or related fieldnt• 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional office environmentnt• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslynt• Experience processing documentation, data entry, and maintaining accurate recordsnt• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teamsnt• Strong written and verbal communication skillsnt• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelynt• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentnt• Experience managing and prioritizing high-volume requests or ticketsn• Reliable phone access for business communication

• Experience working in child welfare, social services, government agencies, or human services environmentsnt• Experience with case management systems, state databases, or electronic records systemsnt• Prior case documentation experiencent• Experience maintaining confidential client recordsnt• Customer service or support experience involving ticketing systemsnt• Experience researching community resources and supporting case workers

Job Description

• Provide administrative support services for child welfare case management teamsnt• Process records requests, referrals, case audits, visit documentation, and data entry tasksnt• Monitor, prioritize, and respond to incoming agency requests through a ticketing systemnt• Enter, review, upload, and maintain documentation in state systems while ensuring compliance and accuracynt• Assist with form completion and collection of required signaturesnt• Deliver documents electronically to appropriate parties and systemsnt• Prepare reports, letters, emails, and other administrative communicationsnt• Maintain ongoing communication with case workers regarding ticket status and support needsnt• Track and document work completed on assigned tickets and ensure timely resolutionnt• Maintain internal documentation and process records for team accessibility and accuracynt• Ensure strict confidentiality of client and case informationn• Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned
