Case Aide
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Case Aide for a rewarding opportunity supporting mothers and children in a residential setting. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping families, providing a safe and supportive environment, and making a positive impact in the community.

General Responsibilities of a Case Aide Provide safety, support, and supervision within the residence.
Ensure household expectations and communal responsibilities are being followed.
Assist with light cleaning and meal preparation as needed.
Support mothers and children throughout daily activities.
Provide brief child supervision when appropriate.
Maintain a supportive, structured, and welcoming living environment.
Document and communicate relevant resident information to team members as required.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other basic Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations.
Assist with additional coverage and responsibilities as needed to ensure residents receive consistent support.
Ideal Background for a Case Aide Bilingual Spanish/English required.
Experience providing nonprofit, education/childcare, advocacy, social services support preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain professional boundaries while providing compassionate support.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Office applications.
Dependable, flexible, and willing to support the team as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
