nAs theAdministrative Assistant of Blended Case Management, you will:

nnnAssist with the overall administrative management of the BCM program (maintaining referrals, opening individuals in the service, assisting with running reports, verifying billing, etc.)

nnLead billing review process for county funding (completing and submitting monthly invoice, submitting and maintaining authorizations)

n

nnAssist with the auditing medical records for compliance and documentation requirements

n

nnCoordinate care for clients with mental health, medical, education, placement and related areas, while maintaining a small caseload (approximately 10hrs per week)

n

nnCoordinate, monitor and reviews the provision of services to ensure clients are receiving and participating in services on a continual basis. Links client to appropriate resources

n

nnMaintain direct contact via telehealth and some face to face with caseload and parent/guardian per state regulations

n

nnEnsure timely and accurate completion of related documentation

n

nnAssist other community service programs with administrative responsibilities on an as needed basis

n nYou will be offered:

nnnInteraction with all levels of care with ability to work independently and also part of a case management team

nnFlexible Schedule(mostly during the hours of 9am-6pm, with some evening work needed due to family availability)

nnBenefit eligibility after 30 days of employment (1st day of the 1st pay period after 30 days)

nnPay rate of $19 - $21.66 an hour, dependent upon experience

n nDevereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

nEDUCATION: BA/BS in a Human Services discipline

nEXPERIENCE: Experience is a plus
