AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. AlphaGov is seeking a Case Management Operations Lead to establish and run applicant intake and case-management operations for a CDBG-DR homeowner recovery program. The work supports clear applicant communications, complete documentation, consistent eligibility workflows, and construction-ready files for homeowners in Alaska communities.
What you'll do
Design intake and case-management operating procedures and the staffing model
Lead applicant communications, eligibility documentation, file quality control, and escalations
Coordinate case status with construction inspection and scope teams
Produce applicant-file metrics, exception reporting, and operational insights for program leadership
Train and coach case staff and partners to program standards
Improve handoffs, service consistency, and documentation quality across the recovery lifecycle
Required
Case-management operations leadership in a benefits, recovery, housing, or public-service program
Experience designing workflows, file standards, quality controls, and performance reporting
Experience leading applicant or client communications across high-volume or geographically distributed work
Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator
Nice to have
Disaster-recovery applicant intake experience
Rural, remote, tribal-area, or multilingual service-delivery experience
Familiarity with HUD or CDBG-DR file-documentation expectations
Experience coordinating housing rehabilitation or reconstruction cases
