Case Manager Supervisor (RN)

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop Your Team

Guide the onboarding, training, mentorship, and ongoing development of nurse case managers.

Foster a positive, collaborative culture built on accountability, respect, and continuous learning.

Coach employees through performance management, professional development, and recognition opportunities.

Conduct performance evaluations and support career growth initiatives.

Ensure Quality & Excellence Monitor caseloads, productivity, and workflow distribution to support operational success.

Perform case audits and quality reviews, providing constructive feedback and recommendations.

Serve as a clinical and operational resource for staff members.

Partner with leadership to ensure compliance with URAC standards and regulatory requirements.

Drive Innovation & Results Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate service quality.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity metrics, and quality outcomes.

Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and support business objectives.

Participate in strategic planning and organizational initiatives that shape the future of our case management services.

Support Growth Assist with recruiting, interviewing, workforce planning, and employee retention efforts.

Participate in customer relations, business development, and marketing initiatives as needed.

Travel up to 25% to support operations and team needs.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience 3 to 5 years of Workers' Compensation Case Management experience or related experience required

Prior supervisory, leadership, or people-management experience preferred

Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems

Sound clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities

Licenses & Certifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

Current CCM (Certified Case Manager) credential or another URAC-approved certification, or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
