nSalary Range: $19.30 To $20.36 Hourly
nUnity House of Troy is looking for a a compassionate individual to join our Community Residence 14th street case managment team.

nKey Responsibilities
nnnFoster a structured, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents.
n
nnBuild positive, professional relationships with consumers.
n
nnAssist with daily living skills, including cooking, budgeting, and personal care.
n
nnSupport residents with medication management.
n
nnEnsure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-functioning.
n
nnProvide supportive counseling and offer encouragement and positive feedback.
n
nnTransport clients and complete program-related errands as needed.
n
nnPromote a culture of belonging and respect.
n
n nQualifications
nnnHigh School Diploma or GED required.
n
nnMinimum 1 year of experience working with adults living with mental illness.
n
nnValid NYS Driver License and reliable transportation.
n
nnStrong verbal and written communication skills.
n
nnBasic computer proficiency.
n
nnAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
