Pre-Lit Case Manager
Our client is a nationally recognized plaintiffs' law firm focusing on personal injury, mass tort, and environmental litigation. With offices in New York, Long Island, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., and Florida, the firm represents clients across the United States. This is a full-time, on-site Pre-lit Case Manager role based in Roslyn, NY. The case manager should have a minimum of five years of negotiating pre-litigation cases to settlement.
Qualifications:
Strong foundation in law, including personal injury plaintiff settlements.
Five plus years of experience in negotiating personal injury settlements.
Proficiency in handling matters pre-lit personal injury settlements.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage a litigation caseload independently.
Prior trial or significant litigation experience in personal injury or mass tort matters required.
Salary: Based on the candidate's experience.
