Now Hiring: Case Managers – Bronx, Ny
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 Am – 5:00 Pm
Pay Rate: $24 – $25/Hour
Seeking compassionate and professional case managers for full-time opportunities in the bronx. Candidates should be passionate about supporting individuals and families while helping connect them with community and social service resources.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Prior case management, social services, or community outreach experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
