Job description
UF Health Central Florida is seeking a dedicated Case Manager in The Villages, Florida. The role requires professional nursing skills to assess patient scenarios and establish effective care management plans.
Candidates should possess at least a Diploma/Associates Degree in Nursing and preferably hold a Bachelors Degree. Experience in Case Management is preferred, along with effective communication skills.
