Bilingual Immigration Jr. Case Manager

Seeking a Case Manager to prepare and file immigration applications with the Departments of Homeland Security, State, Justice, and Labor.

Our client, a growing boutique immigration law firm, is seeking a full-time Bilingual Immigration Jr. Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file immigration applications with the Departments of Homeland Security, State, Justice, and Labor

Communicate with clients to collect required documentation and provide case updates

Draft client instructions, procedural guidance, and document checklists

Track case progress and ensure all deadlines are met

Escalate complex legal or case-related matters to attorneys when appropriate

Assist with client intake and initial consultations

Maintain and coordinate attorney calendars and schedules

Review translations for accuracy and completeness

Update and maintain templates, internal resources, and case documentation

Support process improvements and internal workflow efficiency

Maintain accurate information within the case management system

Organize and manage electronic and physical case files

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and typing) required

Minimum 1 year of immigration case management experience required, preferably in employment-based immigration

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
