nA boutique firm with a positive working environment is looking for an experienced CASE MANAGER who has 5 years of PERSONAL INJURY case management experience. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and prefers to work with little supervision. You will work alongside a head attorney with 25 years of experience. Duties include:
nResponsibilities:
nCollect medical records, medical bills, and other documents
nCalendar all deadlines, tasks, and events
nObtain and record client data using our case management software
nFrequent contact with clients to ensure compliance with medical treatment
nFrequent contact with health care providers to ensure completeness of medical records and bills
nStay on top of clients' medical treatment
nOverall support to Attorney
nDemand writing
nNegotiation of liens
nQualifications:
nThoroughness, follow-through, and extreme attention to detail!
nAbility to prioritize and multitask
nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
nExcellent "people" skills
nDeadline and detail-oriented
nAble to successfully deal with a fast-paced environment
nFluency in Spanish -- both written and spoken (preferred, but not deal-breaker)
nIndependent, resourceful, and a problem-solver
nPositive attitude
