Do you enjoy helping people navigate healthcare and connecting them with resources that can make a real difference? MaineHealth is looking for a Full-Time Case Manager - Insurance Coverage to join our Access to Care team.
In this role, you'll connect with patients and community members who may need help accessing healthcare coverage, financial assistance, community programs, and other important resources . Case Managers also screen patients for eligibility across both Access to Care (ATC) internal programs and external community programs , ensuring that patients are connected to the most suitable supports. This includes helping patients navigate healthcare access, financial assistance, community resources, and other critical SDOH services. Working closely with healthcare providers, social service organizations, and the broader ATCL team, the Case Manager ensures accurate documentation, high-quality customer service, and seamless care coordination.
