Job Description Coordinate and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Facilitate communication between legal teams, clients, and external parties.
Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and filings.
Prepare and organize case materials for meetings, hearings, and court proceedings.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information securely.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and correspondence.
Assist in drafting and proofreading legal documents and reports.
Track case progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Case Manager should have: 10+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in Mass Tort or Product Liabiity
Bachelor's degree is a requirement.
Experience in Big Law environments is strongly preferred.
Some mentorship or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with legal software and tools.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $210,000 USD.
Overtime eligibility.
1600 billable hour requirement.
