Job description
Select Specialty Hospital in Akron, OH seeks a Case Manager (PRN) to support discharge planning and utilization management for chronically critically ill patients. Requires licensure as a Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, or Social Work SW/MSW with state-appropriate credentials.
Preference given to candidates with prior discharge planning experience and availability for at least 2 shifts per month on weekdays, roughly 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
