Job description
Select Specialty Hospital in Michigan is seeking a Case Manager (PRN) to coordinate discharge planning, utilization reviews and social work services per state guidelines. The role reports to the Director of Case Management and requires ongoing communication with physicians, nurses, therapists and payors.
