Job description
AMG Specialty Hospital - Central Indiana Muncie Campus is seeking a Full Time Case Manager (RN, LPN). The Case Manager's primary function is to coordinate admission and discharge planning, arrange services for patients and families, and ensure smooth transitions post-discharge within managed care systems.
