Starting rate: $20.00 /hr / $1.00 differential for 2nd shiftMonday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PMWe are seeking a dependable Case Picker to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately picking merchandise cases and preparing them for shipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and value precision, this is a great opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesPick merchandise cases based on store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.0–2 years of warehouse or case picking experience preferred.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.BenefitsCompetitive pay.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Holiday differential.Employee discount program.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: $16.00 - $26.21This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
