Job description
Case Supervisor Pay: $30.00 – $35.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time

nWe’re seeking a dedicated Case Supervisor to design, oversee, and monitor Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children and adults with Autism, ADHD, and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for those pursuing or completing their BCBA coursework and looking to grow in a supportive, hands-on clinical environment.
nWhat You’ll Do:
nDevelop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
nSupervise and mentor Behavior Technicians.
nAnalyze client data and adjust interventions as needed.
nCollaborate with families and caregivers to support client success.

nRequirements:
nBachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
n3+ years of ABA experience
nStrong communication, leadership, and clinical skills
nReliable transportation for home and community visits
nSpanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
