We’re a family-owned automotive group with a long history in the St. Louis community, and we believe great customer experiences start with great people.What You’ll DoWelcome customers with a friendly, professional attitudeAnswer incoming calls and quickly connect customers with the right department or team memberProcess customer payments by cash, check and credit cardAccurately calculate bills, make change and issue receiptsAssist with basic accounts receivable and accounts payable functionsHelp customers with questions and connect concerns with the appropriate manager for resolutionKeep calls moving efficiently while minimizing hold timesAssist managers and team members with clerical and administrative tasksLearn our departments and internal processes so you can confidently guide customersHelp create a welcoming, organized and professional dealership environmentWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is warm, organized and comfortable talking with people.
