Cashier And ReceptionistWe are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier and Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departmentsProcess customer payments for vehicle purchases, service, and partsBalance cash drawer and prepare daily depositsAssist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining recordsProvide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concernsCollaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth transactionsMaintain a clean and organized reception areaRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a cashier or receptionist roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to maintain a professional appearance and demeanorFlexibility to work weekends and evenings as neededWe offer competitive compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for growth within the company.
