Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a welcoming, guest-focused Casino Guest Services team member for its entertainment destination in Welch, Minnesota. Help create memorable visits by greeting guests, answering questions, sharing information about casino and resort offerings, and directing visitors to the right services. Resolve concerns with care, communicate clearly, and collaborate with colleagues across gaming, dining, hotel, and entertainment operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
