Job description
Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Casino Table Games Supervisor to lead daily operations on the gaming floor. In this role you will supervise dealers, monitor multiple table games, ensure accurate chip and cash handling, and maintain compliance with gaming regulations and tribal policies. You will handle player disputes, coach and train dealers, and support a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment. Working in a fast-paced, guest-first culture, you will collaborate closely with pit leadership to drive service excellence, protect game integrity, and support team performance and development.
