Job TitleTank Holding Corporation has become the market leader and manufacturer of rotationally molded poly and welded steel bulk storage and material handling products in North America. Tank is growing rapidly and is always working to expand its capabilities and diversify product offerings consistent with the company values of growth and service to its customers.Job SummaryThis is a physically demanding position; employees must possess the physical qualities necessary to perform the following job requirements: Casters are continuously required to stand; walk; carry; grasp/grip; and lift up to 50 pounds. The position frequently requires the ability to reach above your head, climb, step up and down.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform job in a safe manner, always putting safety first—especially when operating overhead cranes and mold platformsMeasure and weigh raw materialLoad molds with raw materialsEnsure selection of proper mold part numbers including graphics and insertsRemove finished products from molds and move to secondary operations as neededMaintain a clean and organized work environmentOther duties as requiredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesGeneral understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus, but not requiredAbility to read and interpret orders, and understand standard operating proceduresAbility to count and perform basic mathAbility to learn and work with basic hand toolsAbility to learn to troubleshoot quality problemsAbility to work in a team environmentGood organizational and communication skillsPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
