Casual Security MonitorAmentum is seeking a Casual Security Monitor located in the Williamsburg area of Virginia. The Monitor is responsible for escorting and monitoring visitors on the facility. The monitor will observe and report security and emergency situations. The Security Monitor Intervenes directly only in situations which require minimal action to safeguard property or persons. Duties require minimal training and physical fitness standards.Job Requirements:Observe and reportStanding/walking for prolonged periodsEscorting uncleared personnelAble to walk on uneven surfaces and safely navigate an active construction site with debris and other trip hazards on the floor at all times.Must be able to make logical, mentally competent, and safe decisions when working on a construction site.Escort and monitor operational vendors at all times while on site.Maintain line-of-sight with vendor at all times while on site.Escalate equipment issues found by vendors immediately to the onsite SupervisorsMaintain visitor access logs consistent with site requirements.Prevent the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information.Properly cleanse secured areas prior to escorting uncleared personnel into the facility.Follow all company security and safety policies.Minimum Requirements:HS Diploma or GEDValid Drivers LicenseUS or Naturalized CitizenMust have government issued clearance at time of application.MultitaskMust be able to lift 25 pounds / 10 Kilograms.Able to stand for 8-12 hours per day.Must be able to climb 5 flights of stairs multiple times within an 8–12-hour work shift.Compensation Details:22.37The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
