Job description
Farm Bureau Financial Services seeks a Business Center Casualty Claims Manager to lead a twelve-person casualty claims unit in Nebraska. You will supervise property claims representatives and appraisers, drive claims training, development, and compliance, and oversee litigated files.
You will establish procedures, set performance expectations, and guide staff through disciplinary reviews while ensuring high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required.
