Job description
Western Reserve Group is seeking aCasualty Claims Manager to coach a team of 5–8 claims professionals, manage complex claims, and ensure top‑tier customer service. The role combines hands‑on claims involvement with staff development and process improvement in a hybrid office/remote setup.
The position requires strong leadership, extensive casualty/General Liability experience, and the ability to guide staff through investigations, negotiations and settlements.
