Job description
Liberty Mutual is seeking a Senior Director to lead Casualty Claims Quality Improvement in USRM. You will own the quality discipline across Casualty Claims, turning data into insight and action to drive measurable year-over-year improvements for customers and the organization.
You will manage a 20-25 person team, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and apply advanced analytics and emerging tech to raise performance and outcomes across personal lines and small commercial segments.
