Job description
Chartwells Higher Ed, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Catering Director for Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. This leader will develop catering solutions for athletic events, VIP dining, and Presidential events, working closely with the Executive Chef on menu development.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Hospitality or Culinary Arts and 5+ years in hospitality with 2+ years in management, with strong cost controls, menu costing, and staff leadership.
