Job description
Compass Group USA is seeking a Catering Manager (sales and operations) to ensure successful execution of daily catering events. This role supervises the sales and event order communications, scheduling and training of service staff, as well as delivery, setup, cleanup and proper invoicing for all events.
The position oversees 5–10 hourly employees and drives customer service, financial management and special events, while maintaining high standards of hospitality, sustainability, and compliance.
