Job description
Gourmet Dining, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Catering Director to lead catering and events at our client sites. You will manage a team of staff, develop client relationships, and ensure outstanding quality food and service for all events.
This role oversees event planning, menu development, staff training, labor and food cost controls, and coordination of setup, service and cleanup to guarantee seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences across college campuses.
