Catering Expo / QA CoordinatorIacofano's Catering & Events is hiring a Catering Expo / QA Coordinator for our Cleveland (Brook Park / 44128) location. This is a high-volume catering kitchen where accuracy, timing, and organization are critical. You are the final checkpoint before orders leave the building, ensuring everything is accurate, complete, properly packaged, and ready for delivery. This role combines quality control, logistics coordination, and kitchen support.Key ResponsibilitiesReview all orders for accuracy, quality, and completenessVerify packaging, portioning, and presentation standardsCoordinate timing between kitchen production and delivery schedulesStage and organize orders for efficient driver pickupCommunicate with drivers on routes and timingIdentify and resolve issues before orders leave the kitchenMaintain a clean and organized expo/QA stationAssist with order printing and final checksSupport kitchen flow during busy production periodsWhy This Job Is DifferentConsistent hours vs unpredictable restaurant schedulesStructured, high-volume production environmentClear systems and expectationsDirect impact on order accuracy and customer satisfactionOpportunity to grow into leadership rolesBottom LineIf you're looking for a standard kitchen job, this isn't it.
