Catering, events, and conference operations: Relevant capability to oversee catering operations, events and concessions, and conference-center activities, including event bookings, tours, onsite event support, campus deliveries, transportation, equipment, logistics, and vehicle fleet.
Operational and people management: Relevant capability to supervise staff and supervisors, support employee training and development, handle guest-related issues, oversee operational standards, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, cleaning, and equipment-checklist procedures. xzgxqkn This includes the stated oversight of uniforms, pest control, HAACCP and NSF standards, safety checklists, department meetings, huddles, customer service, and ambassador programs.
