Job description
Eggs Up Grill is hiring a Catering Manager to lead successful catering experiences from planning to delivery. If you’re organized, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, this role is for you.
Schedule: Full-Time
What You’ll Do
Oversee catering orders, scheduling, and production to ensure accuracy and on-time service.
Marketing and advertising to gain catering customers.
Meet goals for weekly sales.
Coordinate with kitchen teams to prepare food to spec, maintain quality standards, and support smooth catering days.
Manage catering logistics including set-up needs, staffing coordination, and delivery/pickup details.
Communicate clearly with guests and internal teams to confirm order details, dietary needs, and timing.
Track catering inventory and supplies, helping ensure products are available and properly stocked.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with company policy.
Support recruiting, training, and coaching of catering/shift support staff as needed.
Contribute to a positive, guest-first culture while helping drive exceptional customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple details in a busy environment.
Experience in restaurant management, catering, or a high-volume service setting preferred.
Clear communication skills and a professional, friendly approach with guests.
Comfort working hands-on alongside a team to ensure quality and timely execution.
Ability to lead by example and support others during peak service.
