Job description
Jim 'N Nick's is seeking a Catering Operations Supervisor to ensure excellent guest service during delivery or full-service events, while overseeing catering logistics and staff performance. You will manage timelines, follow recipes and procedures, and train team members to uphold standards.
Responsibilities include leading the catering team, handling to-go orders and restaurant calls, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and collaborating with store management to maximize guest satisfaction.
