Job description
Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, MN is seeking a strategic Director of Catering to lead and grow our catering and events operation. You will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, manage a catering team, and serve as the link between clients and operations to ensure flawless events.
This role oversees revenue, client relations, menu collaboration with the Executive Chef, budgeting, and representing Grand View Lodge at trade shows.
