Job description
HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Catering to provide strategic leadership for the Catering Sales team at Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will drive revenue, forecast and budget, and ensure catering events meet hotel standards and financial goals.
The role partners with culinary and operations to create customized menus, oversees contracted services, and leads efforts to generate repeat business through exceptional service and client experiences.
