Job description
CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and implement patient care on the assigned unit in Santa Fe, NM. The RN ensures high quality care is delivered safely and efficiently, collaborating with staff, physicians and families to uphold the unit’s standards.
Responsibilities include obtaining and recording initial assessments, prioritizing care by patient needs, developing measurable plans of care, and participating in education and discharge planning.
