Job description
Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within the California Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating with the care team to ensure patient safety and education for patients and families.
The role requires 1–2 years of acute care RN experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle a dynamic hospital environment.
