Job description
Overview: Cath Lab Tech, FT, Piedmont Columbus Midtown, SOB Available
Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.

Qualifications: Education
Graduate from a nursing program a Registered Nurse (RN) program Required or
Graduate of a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) program Required or
Graduate of a Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) program Required
Work Experience 2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience Required
Licenses and Certifications Based on type of program completed, one of the follow is required. Upon Hire Required
RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire Required or
RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Upon Hire Required or
RCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist Upon Hire Required and
BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
ACLS Upon Hire Required
