Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives.PAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Burien, WAWork Schedule: Flexible ScheduleJob Responsibilities:Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collect payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when neededMinimum Qualifications:Valid Washington-issued Phlebotomy LicensePreferred Qualifications:1 or more years of phlebotomy experience6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomyAdditional Job Standards:In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.Able to pass a standardized color blindness testBe at least 21 years of age or olderReliable transportation and clean driving recordValid Driver's LicenseFlexibility to work overtime as neededExceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
