We are seeking a qualified CBRS Specialist in the Canyon County are who is dedicated to providing support for adults with developmental disabilities across the Treasure Valley. As a CBRS, you are responsible for assisting clients in developing greater independence and facilitating their successful integration into the community. An excellent candidate is someone who likes traveling throughout the Treasure Valley, thrives when working on their own, and demonstrates outstanding communication and people skills. nResponsibilities
nCompleting functional assessments in accordance with agency policy.
nCompleting daily client notes and accurate documentation.
nSupport clients in various settings with daily living skills, transportation, budgeting, and personal care.
nFacilitate community participation and resource access.
nTeach problem-solving, decision-making, and self-advocacy skills.
nMaintain accurate documentation.
nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
nAttend regular meetings, supervision, and training.
nQualifications
nBachelor's Degree in a human services field REQUIRED
nValid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to transport clients in your own vehicle.
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nStrong problem-solving abilities
nPositive, compassionate attitude helpful
