Job description
The GEO Group is seeking a CBT Facilitator to deliver cognitive behavioral curriculum in group settings and to support post-release planning for participants. You will facilitate evidence-based programs such as MRT, T4C, and LIB, coordinate schedules, maintain records, and refer participants to appropriate staff as needed.
Join GEO Reentry Services to help reduce recidivism through structured, manual-guided counseling and collaborative team support in a correctional setting.
