Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a CC to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to residents at Oak Ridge, a skilled nursing/long-term care community. In this role, you will assess geriatric and sub-acute patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team.
