Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a CC to support therapy services at Oak Ridge, serving geriatric and sub-acute residents. In this role, you will coordinate therapy schedules, track documentation, assist therapists with care planning, and communicate with nursing and families to support quality outcomes.
