Job description
Deloitte’s Sales & Service team seeks a CCaaS Technical Lead, Senior Consultant to design, integrate, and deliver cloud-based contact center and Generative AI solutions using NICE CXone, Five9, Amazon Connect, and Genesys Cloud.
You will own technical workstreams, guide architecture decisions, mentor colleagues, and support proposals, demonstrations, and deployment activities with an emphasis on security, scalability, and operational excellence.
