CCP Central Product Specialist (NAM)
The CCP Central Product Specialist (NAM) will serve as a key regional extension of the global CCP Central function, responsible for delivering product expertise and structured input into North American (NAM)-based client implementations.
In addition to supporting regional delivery, the role plays an active part in delivering the global CCP product strategy set by the Global Head of CCP Central. This includes contributing insights from North American implementations, influencing product priorities, and helping ensure that the global product framework reflects regional client needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong experience in CCP (Central Counterparty Clearing) products and post-trade workflows.
5 to 10 years hands on experience of analyzing and adapting to CCP features and processes at a Clearing Member or Software Vendor
Experience in handling collateral in derivatives or CCP funding
Experience creating detailed documented JIRAs and interacting with software development teams to completion
Proven track record supporting or leading client implementations in financial services.
Solid understanding of derivatives clearing, margining, and collateral management.
Experience working in a global organization with cross-regional collaboration.
Ability to translate complex product concepts into practical implementation requirements.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary CCP product representative for North American client implementations, translating client needs into configurations and identifying gaps
Define requirements, create specs/JIRAs, and partner with development and implementation teams to support delivery, testing, and setup
Contribute to the evolution of the global CCP product by providing feedback, regional insights, and enhancement recommendations
Serve as the NAM subject matter expert, supporting pre-implementation, onboarding, and product-related queries
Ensure regional implementations align with global standards, escalating gaps and supporting client issue resolution
Drive process improvements, standardization, and scalable implementation approaches in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
