What You Could Earn
Our average salesperson earns $75,000–$150,000 in their first year
Base pay plus commission on every vehicle you sell — your ceiling is set by your effort, not by a salary band
Monthly performance bonuses and manufacturer incentives stacked on top of commission
Already have a following? Monetize it. Every car you sell off your own TikTok, Instagram, or Snap audience pays the same commission as a showroom walk-in — bring your audience and it starts working for you
What You'll Actually Do
Work internet leads: answer email and text inquiries within minutes, shoot personalized video walkarounds of the exact vehicle they’re asking about, and turn online shoppers into booked appointments
Greet everyone who walks in, find out what they need, and put them in the right vehicle
Run test drives and break down features, financing, and trade‑in value in plain English
Build your own pipeline through social media, referrals, and relentless follow‑up
Hand completed deals to finance, then deliver the vehicle yourself
Stay in touch after the sale — repeat and referral business is where the real money is
What You Need
One year or more of sales experience — retail, wireless, fitness, restaurant, or automotive all count
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
A State Sales License and manufacturer certification through CDJR, Fiat, or Kia — we’ll help you get both
Weekend availability
Priority given to tech‑savvy applicants — we run a digital showroom, and comfort with CRM tools, texting, video walkarounds, and social selling puts you at the front of the line
